Students can earn up to 6 credits by examination using the Global Seal of Biliteracy assessment. Students who earn a score equivalent to A2 of the CEFR would receive 3 credits for FREN 101, and students who earn a score equivalent to B1 or higher would receive 6 credits for FREN 101 and 102.
*Any credits earned off-campus as part of an affiliated study abroad program approved by the department will count toward the minor, regardless of level
