BUSA 566 Business Ethics
Business Ethics provides students with a comprehensive framework for recognizing, analyzing, and responding to ethical challenges in modern organizations. The course explores ethical theories, corporate social responsibility, stakeholder management, sustainability, and the role of values in strategic decision-making. Students examine real-world cases involving leadership integrity, organizational culture, global business practices, diversity and equity issues, and regulatory compliance. Emphasis is placed on developing ethical reasoning skills and understanding how ethical considerations influence long-term organizational success.
