ART 367 Intro to Installation Art
This part-studio, part-lecture course is an introduction to the history and significance of Installation Art from 1960 through present day. Students will explore a variety of materials and methods of making art specific to different environments. Over four weeks and through four projects, the course will look at Installation Art from material, technological, performative, and cultural perspectives. We will also venture out to our Pine Lake campus and engage in site-specific work on the grounds.
