PHED 125 Fit Yoga

Yoga is the unification of the mind, body, and spirit. Using asana (physical postures), meditation (stilling of the mind), and pranayama (breathing techniques), we will create a space to encourage ourselves, challenge ourselves, and become one step closer to knowing ourselves and achieving inner peace. Each class will focus on finding value in mindfulness while enhancing physical strength, flexibility, and vitality. Course fee required.
