PHED 106 Vinyasa Yoga

This class includes a variety of foundational postures (standing, seated and on the floor) practice in the vinyasa, or flow, style. Paired with breathing and relaxation exercises, this course provides a good workout and deep restoration. Kripalu Yoga intends to cultivate an internal meditative experience while stretching and recharging the body. Course fee required.
