PHED 108 Indoor Cycling Core Cycle
This course blends the best of indoor cycling and the basics of kettlebell training. Indoor cycling is an organized group training program using a specialized stationary bike with a weighted fly wheel. Training sessions simulate an outdoor ride - flat roads, hill climbs, sprints and races. With a focus on different energy zones: endurance, strength, interval, race days and recovery. The core is a collection of muscles (both deep and shallow) which stabilize and move the spine. Comprehensive Core training engages all of the muscles of the core and a strong core makes all activities easier. Course fee required.
