EDUC 372 Lyceum
This course covers three key areas for effective teachers: creating a positive learning environment, managing classroom challenges, and student engagement, assessment, and evaluation. This class will prepare students to set up their classrooms in ways that lead to student success, understand the factors that lead to student misbehavior and lessen challenges in their classrooms, and understand how to frame unit and lesson plans and assess to best provide and analyze student learning and achievement. This course will also require students to take their NYS DASA workshop (NYSED requirement).
