PHED 113 Women and Weights
The course provides knowledge on the fundamentals of resistance training. Content of this course will enhance the students’ ability to use several styles of weight room equipment with confidence. This includes, but is not limited to: machine based training, free weight training, and resistance band training, amongst others. This course utilizes scientific and practical knowledge based training methods to educate on a holistic based model of resistance training focusing on the development of one-self. Course fee required.
