PHED 103 Boot Camp Strength
Combining Boot Camp Strength & Boot Camp Power allows students to benefit from a full semester of fitness training. Students start with Boot Camp Strength and then flow into Boot Camp Power. This course uses different types of equipment and exercises, indoors and outdoors, to develop total body strength. Boot Camp Strength has a strong focus on proper execution and form of all exercises, which is expressed by slower, controlled movements, enhancing a muscle group's ability to exert maximal force against resistance. Course fee required.
