BUSA 321 Global Supply Chain Management
This course gives students a contemporary global perspective on supply chain management. Topics in the course include the globalization of production, international trade, global logistics, supply chain optimization, operations management, inventory management, customer resource management, theory of constraints, sustainability and risk management among others. The course is coupled with a lab to prepare students to take the industry recognized Just-in-Time (JIT) Management Certification Exam. Prerequisite:
