WELL 201 Wick Wellness
College is an incredible opportunity for social and academic growth, but can open the door for many new stressful experiences! And stress can eventually lead to burnout! The WICK Wellness class is designed to help students proactively develop hands-on skills that enhance personal, academic, and social well-being. Students will engage in daily lessons that cover topics in each of the 7 dimensions of wellness. Each class session will include mindfulness practices, such as breathing exercises, journaling, and yoga, alongside a fun variety of physical activities to keep the body stimulated and strong.
