MUST 206 Museum Management
This course introduces the student to the essential aspects of managing a museum, including governance, budgeting, marketing and communications, human resources, physical plant, strategic planning and project planning. Students will work closely with the Yager Museum staff to design and complete a management project, using the museum as a learning laboratory.
