BUSA 322 Global Strategic Management

This course focuses on analysis-based strategy within a global business context by covering topics including internationalization of the firm and global innovation and management within that context. The course is coupled with a lab to prepare students to take the industry recognized Expert Rating’s Business Analyst Certification Exam.
