Acadeum Credit

Full time, undergraduate, degree seeking students are eligible to enroll in courses offered through Acadeum. During the fall, January and spring terms, Acadeum courses are included in the full-time tuition rate. Acadeum courses designated as non-consortial may carry an additional fee. Students may enroll in no more than 6 credits in any Fall or Spring term and 3 credits in January term. Students may enroll in a maximum of 12 credits over the course of an undergraduate career. Acadeum courses completed during summer sessions do not count toward this maximum.

An Acadeum course appears on a student’s educational record as a Hartwick course, including grade and credit, and counts toward the term and cumulative grade point average.

Enrolling in an Acadeum course during a summer session carries a fee equivalent to the Hartwick College summer tuition rate.

Acadeum course enrollment is managed by the Registrar’s Office.
