BUSA 323 Project Management

An introduction to modern methods for defining, planning, managing, and controlling any size of project. Computer software and network modeling are used to support the efficient scheduling of interdependent activities. The course is coupled with a lab to prepare students to take the CompTIA Project+ Certification exam. (Cross listed with CISC 460)
