BIOC 405L Biochemistry I Lab

Laboratory experiments in isolation and purification of enzymes/proteins, enzyme kinetics, and the identification and properties of nucleic acids, carbohydrates and lipids. Techniques include spectrophotometry, centrifugation, dialysis, PCR, various forms of chromatography and electrophoresis.
