SOCI 225 Human Rights
The course offers a sociological exploration into human right as an idea and as a set of practices, within historical and contemporary settings, we will examine the various social constructions of rights as individually and collectively based, with attention paid towards critical examination of the United States and its practices at home and abroad. Prerequisite: SOCI 105 OR SOCI 155
