MATH 381 Mathematical Modeling
Selected topics in modern mathematics and operations research that have application to the social, life and managerial sciences. Emphasis on problem solving through model building. Possible topics include Markov chains, linear programming, optimization, graph theory, combinatorics, game theory, decision theory, queuing theory, simulation. Offered alternate years. Prerequisites: MATH 220, MATH 233, AND MATH 235
