BUSA 250 Global Strategic Management
Companies are increasingly required to manage strategy on a global scale. Understanding and applying strategy in the context of globalization, rapidly changing environments and the fourth industrial revolution requires a holistic approach. This course describes the context of business today, identifies global strategies and shares the best approaches to global management. Students that take this course will have an advanced knowledge of the global business environment, a deeper understanding of strategy and a greater ability to apply that knowledge in the corporate environment. This course is an excellent complement to someone majoring in management, marketing or international business. This course is coupled with the course material (textbook and lectures) and the application of that material in case studies.
